Noisy Interior Fan

Hi everyone. I have an annoying whistle from my interior fan when the blower / AC is running, getting louder on the higher speeds. It stops when I turn the blower off, so I'm pretty sure it's the fan motor. Has anyone here changed one (2010 E89 23i)? If so, is it a fairly straightforward job? I need to drop the underdash panels soon, so it feels like a good time to do it. Any advice?
 
The blower fans I believe are buried deep and need the dash out to get to them..
 
John-e89 is correct..my apologies…it’s the servo flaps that are a real pain to get to..the fan isn’t that difficult..
 
That's good news - thank you. The youtube videos I've seen have all been LHD cars - is the RHD setup just a mirror image of these does anyone know? Just trying to avoid surprises in case BMW did something sneaky!

Just to close the loop on this, I had the glovebox out over the weekend (as I was changing my interior from black to tan leather) and, with the glovebox out, the blower motor is simple to change. It's just a case of grabbing the motor, giving a small twist (clockwise I think) and pulling it out (disconnecting the wires first, of course. Just like changing a light bulb - but slightly bigger! Sorry, no pictures or video - didn't think of it at the time....
