hi guys used the car for a trip to the coast two weeks ago when we had something close to summer went fine. hood down driving cant beat it .went to start car turned on ignition fuel pump priming up sounded like a cruise ship horn ! does this mean the fuel pump is on the way out? noise continues while engine is running but sound is drowned out a bit turned the ignition on and off but still the same noise while pump pressures up.to put you in the picture car is always garaged doesnt see wet weather is only used dry days sometimes weeks apart. 53 plate 2.5 roadster any ideas ? is it terminal ?
