Noisy engine?

Whilst it hasnt gone mega miles since last oil change its a turbo engine & more changes will be beneficial longterm
6-8k would be my max & would also give some consideration to what oil you put in :?

Not about the money , if its cheaper then bonus , i ran a 1.8Turbo 20V VW Passat (remapped) from 90k up to 150k with Millers every 7-8k & it was faultless & whisper quiet when i sold it .
Its worth a try if you are due oil change anyhow & worse case scenario is no difference RE noise but you still have top notch oil in :thumbsup:
 
If you don't know what the noise is why not just take it to the dealer to check out..

Would have been my first port of call..

Anmarube - I guess I put more faith in the community. Not a fan of Stealerships in the slightest. I'll happily give a quick oil change a go and if not, will go to BM for their 'opinion'.

In truth, I know it quietens once warm so I'm not too concerned or I'd have been in by now. It's the other noise that I suspect is a light metal rattle I want to get to the bottom of next :)

I know what your saying it's just a lot of money if it all went wrong.
