noise from rear?

Not sure what this problem is. if i go over a bump in the road the rear drivers side makes a chinging noise, its as if 2 pieces of metal are hitting together. Not sure if its the spring as so many of you seem to have? cars 2 years old doing just 15000 miles.
 
That would be the first thing to check. Jack it up and have a real good look, especially at the ends of the coil whee a piece is likely to be breaking or even gone all together.
 
Sounds like a spring to me. Mine snaped last week i heard it go. Every time i go over a speed bump i hear it ching. Going into Bowker Preston tomorrow to have it replaced under warranty. My car has 20k on the clock.

Mines a very similar mileage and age. The rear nearside spring went. Exact same symptoms you are having. I didnt need to jack mine up and take the wheel off to spot the damage though as i could see the snap through the spokes.
