Noise from front when turning left

Having driven into a multi-storey car park yesterday I notice when turning on nearly full lock to the left there is a loud rubbing noise. On inspection I notice the front far side tire has been rubbing, it looks like it is touching the front of the wheel arch.

Any ideas what us causing this?

Thanks

Make sure that arch liner looks like it's fitted properly, and the air duct that connects to it (visible at the bottom of the front bumper) isn't pushed in slightly. I think cleaning the air ducts when washing/drying the car you can push them in a little so it might be worth sticking your hand at the back of them and pushing them outwards. When I fitted the 19" M3 wheels (235 on the fronts) one wheel rubbed on full lock and it was due to the air duct which wasn't sitting correctly. I've just fitted 12.5mm spacers and now it rubs again on full lock but not sure I can do much about it :| If you have totally standard wheels your's shouldn't really rub though.
