You want to swap an N54 in a Z4 Coupe, it's been done by Hartge back in 2006. They swapped the standard engine for a modified N54 with about 380hp.

You've got to have some serious electronics know how for that stuff.

Last engine swap I did was to drop a smallblock Chevy into a Jeep CJ and that's only carbs and doesn't have any sort of CPU. Just the physical mechanics of getting it all together from gearbox, mounts, cooling pipes, prop, shifter and on and on, aged me. Awesome though to have a 6 litre V8 Jeep, which makes me realise how good this sort of conversion would be :thumbsup:

Maybe I should start saving for the Hartge or Schnitzer V8 'conversions'

Still holding grudge that I called you out for putting fake BBS center caps on your fake BBS wheels huh? :rofl: :D

And of course we're not alike. It seems quite common for more than a few people on this board to condone putting fake parts and presenting something to be something it's not. I don't think i can agree with the poser mentality. :thumbsup:

no grudge at all. don't flatter yourself as your cocky attitude you like to flaunt on here is actually quite boring.

for the record, I never once pretended my wheels were 'real bbs' versions, as for centre caps, they came with the wheels. However you will be pleased to know I have BMW caps on now so please don't lie awake at night wondering if I have badged my 3.0 as an M !......... that will be next weekend as soon as my badges are delivered from eBay . rest assured I will pm you a photo once the 'poser' mobile is complete.
