I've driven //IMmie, and a small part of me hates that I may be walking away from her... But I'm kind of thinking that by the time Stuart is ready to sell the world may have moved on. Don't get me wrong, this potential decision will not come cheap, but it is perhaps now or never :wink:

It's not anywhere near done yet - just sent a PM. Timing is everything, and now I have a potentially revised Plan something else may come up... The 'cost' from the perspective of SWMBO should prevent a divorce :wink:

Just seen this. Firm but but fair. Unfortunately 2nd car ownership for me is an addiction so technically I need medical/psychological help.
…just as Bing will need with what feels like weekly Imola MR bait constantly being dangled in front of him!
