Don't scrimp on a cheap one. We used to use them at work for spraying anti-stain stuff on our hire dresses. They could do a fine spray and a good jet.
Look for the pressure stats for them. I just got rid of ours last year as I didn't use it any more, you could have had it if I'd have known.
