Nilfisk /karcher adapter?

A very friendly neighbour just gave me this stubby gun for nowt and I'm trying to make it work with my nilfisk pressure washer.

It's quick fitting so that would be karcher? I wouldn't know as I've always used nilfisk.

I just bought a new mjjc foam lance for my nilfisk so I want to turn this stubby into a female nilfisk connection, if that makes any sense at all?

I've looked online and found tons of fitments but not what I'm looking for.

i can take that hands off you if you can't use it. you need quick fitting hose from direct hoses

Sounds like he wants to take your hands off if you can't use it..bit harsh if you ask me, he could just ask if you want to sell it

That is not Kärcher but you can use a converter at the end of your Nilfisk hose to quick fitting type which are so much better to use.

I bought my converters on eBay for a tenner or so
