Well it's been a busy couple of months. Hardly seen the Zed. Finally got a few sunny miles under the wheels though.
The fun started Friday evening, with a much needed spring clean, Hetty Hoover did a fine job. Then an hour or so with the baby wipes to get every thing shining on the inside. Followed by a good wash before the sun set. Then first thing Saturday, it was out with the wax for a darn good shine up. (Alas my camera battery is shot so phone pics.)

And to add to the fun our son turned up for a late breakfast. Must have smelt the bacon
Then it was off to Bodmin moor for a drive and a walk. I love the drive up. The lanes are wide and traffic free, plenty of opportunity to listen to that fine engine sing. Happily the new MPSS have lost their sheen and were gripping like limpets to the black stuff, as the undulations and turns encourage a brisk pace.
Then on to the A30 for the last few miles, so a steady 50mph and let the Emitts by.
I parked the Zed up at a secluded spot I know close to the Jamaica Inn and after slapping on the sun screen, set off for a 15 mile wonder.

After a trip up Brown Willy I headed to King Arthers Hall. A fascinating, bog infested spot, that's nout to do with the good king it's named after. That's Brown willy in the Back ground.

Later on a herd of wild Deer, ran right past me, those things can shift. After I took this photo they jumped a four foot fence, then a river, I had to wade across and ran straight up the hill opposite. Took me about half an hour to do what had taken them a few minutes.

By the time I got back to the Zed it was twilight and a full moon was shining down.

Lucky I parked next to a nice grave yard then.

The drive back was a cracker. The stars getting brighter as the last of the sun's rays headed west. The still night air raped by the passing cacophony of energetic sound caused by the passing Zed.
Then silence as I turned off the engine and closed the garage door.
Till the next time.
