Nice low mileage on offer on the bay

What I meant was that this type of low spec Z4 would probably not appeal to a forum member but for someone who wanted a nice summer roadster this would possibly be a good deal,as they wouldn't really know any better. Sounds a bit patronising maybe, but hopefully you'll get what I mean?

Being blunt, I've seen far worse examples of a Z4 on this forum, both in terms of originality and spec too; other than larger wheels, which is a matter of choice rather than mandatory requirement, the fact that it's a nice colour and low mileage makes it more appealing than some of what I see here.

There's a very bizarre attitude to self-righteousness on forums like these, whereby most of the time it's wholly unfounded, and it's based around the attitude that "if the forum doesn't like it, it's not allowed, it's not worth anything, it's not a nice car etc.". Nonsense, clowns.

Excuse me? That aimed at me? I thought I was making a very valid point, based on observation of the forum over the past 3 1/2 years.
I certainly wouldn't want to be classified as a clown..................they're big shoes to fill. :D

Proper blimper spec that!

Flimper spec. That used to be a thing on this forum.
Shout out - he's still lurking

Are we all aware what Flimper spec really is?

For the uninitiated, Flimper spec’s an ///M car with most options except SatNav... so this car qualifies out there.

What IMO’s even funnier is rather than being the butt of many jokes, Flimper spec’s become the one to own given the E85/6 SatNav’s considered quite dated... one could even say he’s had the last laugh, as his car’s also a Coupe 🤗

For years I used to think Flimper spec meant zero options... until I met Mark (Flimper) who let me into the forum myth propagated by PVR

Flimper II Spec for this car!

Flimper Minus Spec

It has headlight washers so not a complete basket case.

The wiring will be there for the underseat heating so a new set of seats and buttons.

Set of 18" wheels, tyres and spacers and you've got a half decent low miler.

If I was looking for a 2.5 I'd have been looking at that one.

Yes, I have met Mark a few times and his MC has pretty much everything except the dated Sat Nav!

He's even got power-fold mirrors - I'd happily have them instead of my infuriating Sat Nav that makes it difficult to change stations on the radio (for an oldy like me anyway).
