I've washed mine once since I bought it , with washing up liquid !

I wouldn't.... http://www.carcareadvice.co.uk/faq/exterior-paintwork/can-i-use-washing-up-liquid-to-clean-my-car.htm

Not the first time I heard this either.
Cheers , advice taken on board , I'll stop washing it altogether
I don't subscribe to the polish all day and put it back in the garage ownership , hence why I thoroughly enjoyed ragging it around the ring earlier this year along with doing a couple of other euro trips this year .
I'm not knocking anyone for doing it but each to their own , I prefer driving to cleaning . I was exactly the same with the z3 mc , and every other car I've owned .
Glwts, :poke: when the time comes

Never had a problem selling cars , I'm not driven by money , cars are consumables to be enjoyed and changed when I feel decide I want a change , there's always plenty of buyers for cheap cars !
I actually bought a decent spec car in nice condition that had been cherished by its former owner that should retain it's value quite well when it comes to selling , I would post pics but I've no idea how to as answering a post is the limit of my computer skills
I have one of it loaded with timber that most on here would despair of , cars are for using in my world , not that I'm knocking anyone for cleaning them , wise man once said , the world would be a pretty boring place if we all had the same opinion

I've just remembered where there's a couple of pics , search nurburgring-photos , 12th June this year and look for the sterling grey one , reg ending stz , that really is the best I can do posting pics wise

I agree in some part, mine is a daily driver and does 300 miles a week for work, the driving of the car is the most important thing, cleaning is done to maintain its condition ie rust and degridation,2 make me feel better whilst driving .
I really have no care of resale value when I come to sell I expect to loose cash ,knocking you I am not,so i do enjoy your honesty its a refreshing change
when there is maybe too many garage queens .
But wood in it NO that goes in the wife ,sorry typo the wifes car. :driving:
