Newly become a proud owner!! Help!!

Welcome to the forum!

Regarding the lights I was in the same predicament as you as I have only had my Z for a couple of months too.

I changed the bulbs, and adjusted the light levels using the manual adjustment under the bonnet. This however still was just not good enough and I didn't feel safe driving thought the country lanes at night. So I opted for some 6000k Canbus error free HID's with slim ballasts. All ancillaries for the kit can be kept in the lighting unit and has completely transformed the lighting. 100x better!

Do it!

I too echo the benefit of xenons - having had them for so long now on various cars, I drove my wife's fiesta the other day and it was positively dangerous.

Also seen eibach lowering springs which will drop it 30mm so ill probably order them come end of the week

Anyone know where to get the LED lights for the fogs and rear lights?

Also a little problem with the front fogs they have got so much condensation built up and it just wont budge!! Even tried burning it off by having the fogs on at every opportunity but to no avail!

Dont really want to drill holes into it either

I think the Z4s are notorious with foggy fogs! From bits I've read. Mine are clear but not sure what I'd do to sort it - some have taken them out, prised them apart, dried and resealed. Others have just bought new - or taped up black if they never use them.

The plan is try drying them out and if all fails then just going to black them out.

Should have a few things done by the weekend so will get the pics up as and when they are done!
