I also purchased a car off Newhall and they also look after me for servicing and I always find the staff really nice and friendly. I didn't buy a new car so I would expect there to me some general maintenance required. They always provide me with options and explain things to me in a language I understand. I would definately recommend them. They have been around for years so they know their stuff. Don't be put off by everything that you read.
I have found this garage to be very good , they have an excellent selection of good quality prestige vehicles. Back up is provided by Safe and Sound 6 months comprehensive warranty. Keith Rigby in the Sales dept is an excellent Ambassador for the Company.
