Hi Mike - yep - that weather was a bit special and what about the lack of traffic - amazing! Here's hoping, for the Pentland run. :thumbsup:

(Talked to AndrewP and he reckons it will take over 2 hours to get up there - so starting time!?)

It's quite a shock I know (seeing a post from Mike :D ) :lol: What he lacks in quantity he makes up with in prose - lovely post :thumbsup:

Talking about the start time - I think we could do with meeting you and Mike at the A1 near ours at about 7.15am. Talking to Andrew confirmed what I thought - it'll take us longer than 2 hours to get to the start. Swiftly (Nick) who uses the roads down from Edinburgh all the time, reckons the A1 will be the fastest and easiest route.
We can discuss this further on Thursday but for now that should give you some idea. :o :D
