Z4's really are a bargain roadster at the moment. I was originally looking at S2000's but they're around £12k now and Boxsters, whilst you can get them reasonably cheap they're also pretty old. In the end got my 54 plate 2.5 for £4.4k… So cheap!

I bought a gloss black grille, it does make the car more aggressive looking IMO. I'm thinking of refurbishing the alloys gloss black to match. I think it would look great against the white :thumbsup:

I have gone with a Matte Black Grille which is on order Marlon. I think the wheel colour is a bit of a marmite - you either love or hate the look. I'm not a big fan of black wheels if I'm honest but I know both of my nephews would be of the same opinion and go with your black wheel look,

That's the beauty of car styling - we all have different cosmetic ideas for our cars and with regards to the black wheels or the basic alloy look, they all look great on a great car.

Like you, I considered a S2000 a few years back but they are still going for silly prices even now. I accept that I paid a little more for my Z4 (due to mileage and history and colour) but at 7.9k, I still think I got a great car for the money.

Cruise Control ? - Not too worried about that

Sometimes called 'top down side covers'. They are plastic moulded covers that you manually fit on to the gaping holes when the top is down. You'll be lucky to get a pair for £130, and they regularly sell for much more!

Yep, the black grill does look great. Always find chrome on white cars can look a little odd. The black grill gives it a nice contrast.
