Hi Guys and Gals, been lurking for a while.

Off to look at 2005 3.0i tonight so will update you all in due course.

I am coming here after spending the last few years in Jap scene. Sold my 1993 Supra TT a couple of weeks ago due to lack of use and the fact the wife wouldnt go in it, in fact in the 2 years I had it, she never even sat in it once!!!

My user name stems from the fact that the Supra had side exit exhausts.......... yeah I know. I even have to admit i fitted them..........

Anyway, I think I have grown up now and looking forward to getting a Zed. I'll just have to live with the drop in performance, 230bhp in the 3.0 is nothing compared to the 420 from the Supra!

If I get this right you will see a few images of the Supra below and hope to soon be posting some pics of a Zed!

So, now to see how to retro fit the cup holders!

Welcome, looks great and very clean. Looks like you spent some on the supra, don't seem to see that many at all these days :-(

I think the Supra's are sexy cars, a close friend has one and they're fun to drive and the interior is very nice.

Theres quite a few big events around the year with that crowd too. The fact that your missus wouldnt get in it sounds like a bonus?

Good luck on your new car

Thanks for the comments guys. 108's, will remember that.

The Supra scene is pretty cool. Good bunch of guys (mostly) and very friendly. Will still be going to local meets even though the inevitable hairdresser comments will come out.

the Supra was great fun but almost too quick for the road. The tuner I used is running over 1300 dyno proved bhp on his. Now that was scary!

My wife's dads best mate is a supra nut they are lovely cars. The zed might not be as quick but I am sure you will like it. That straight 6 is a bloody good engine

Now collecting on Sunday!

Replacement red rear centre brake light and weaker mounting springs ordered, as are the cupholders. The local dealer even gave me a reasonable discount!

I cant believe 3 little springs were over £8 when they are less than $1 each in the USA!

Picked it up this morning. Very nice drive home.

Just need to find time for a deep clean and a bit of leather restoration and all will be good!
