Hi. As I have been knocking around the fringes of this forum for a while I thought I'd better introduce myself.
Having spent most of my adult life either tinkering with or riding motorcycles I sold my last one and bought a Z4. Somehow I have managed to mature without ever having been in, let alone driven an open topped car, until that is I drove the newly acquired Z4 home. Impulse buy through e-bay a 3.0i with SMG. SMG has been a bit of nightmare as sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. But the forum has been great with some excellent threads on similar problems. I just wish I had stumbled on the forum before I bought the car! it's a 2004 model with 88k on the clock.
Anyway some pictures, taken this last weekend when the sun was shining and the gearbox was working perfectly for a change.
