Newbie with a serious tuning disorder.

Probably doesn't look like anything's moved on but there's a lot of head scratching going on with all the ancillaries under the bonnet. The front panel has only been sat in place so I can see what's required parts wise for the intake system.

Glad I haven't kept a tally on my man hrs, shocked wouldn'nt describe it. The cost I have and just wondering what this project would fetch if up for sale when completed?
 
Hi Steve they are not made yet and i will not be making the finished product. But this is a the mold i am making for a larger duck tail spoiler. I think the final price was looking like £50 delivered and there £5 forum donation.

Its always difficult to price these things up, but if it helps a friend of mine fitted an LS3 to an E46 which he then sold 2yrs later for £12k. This is a newer car and a different engine and looks a lot more OEM, so if you ever did sell then i expect you would see a reasonable amount back. It mainly the labor hours you won't get back.

One of the German built cars was up for sale at 97,000 euro's. I suppose when you build something special and especially with a rare and powerful engine from its own manufacturer, its going to appeal to more people.9766c31dae8585e2d4c1f61d84d17e55_zpsac9390af.jpg
Oh and it's a roadster which obviously doubles its value :D

Managed to put a few more hrs in on motor. The front panel has been fitted for the last time I hope and all the radiator hoses are now connected. When you've learned/developed/honed everything you need to create this beautiful monster, how much will I have to pay you to do it all again for me? I'm prepared to rob as many banks as it takes :D
 
if and that's a huge IF I'd love to see it fire up this month. The wiring is the next major hurdle which I'm just tackling now. There's still a bit on the fuelling system to finish and I'll need to complete the oil cooler setup. Oh there's also the not to small issue of the factory immobiliser, which is run through the original ecu :|. Oh and that's already sitting in Jamaica along with old engine and box :-x :-x
