Hi All
I've been a member on here for a while but I was Z4less but now I'm not!! I've just bought a 2003 3.0ltr Auto with only 35000 miles on the clock and am looking forward to driving it every day. I have a question for the experts on here and apologies in advance if I'm posting in the wrong section of the forum. I live in Walton on Thames, Surrey and would like to recommendations for a good place to have the car serviced (independent or main dealer) - however price is of course a major consideration, but if the service is good then I will pay good money.

thanks in advance :D

Hugh

Hi - thanks for the replies, yes I totally agree pics are needed, am just getting the car cleaned, waxed and number plates sorted before posting pics - so will keep you in suspense for a little longer. Thanks also for the thread on dealers/indys - really appreciate it.

cheers :driving:

Hi - so for anyone interested in what my new car looks like, here are a couple of pictures :driving:

this is my 2003 3.0i Auto with SatNav, beige/cream leather seats, 108 wheels, runflat tyres, sports steering wheel, has just under 36,000 miles on the clock

so there you have it - before any of you say it - I know the aerial needs changing to a stubby (on order) and I plan to change the badges to the carbon black and white caps (wheels, bonnet/boot & steering wheel) I also plan to get the steering wheel revamped by Royal Steering wheels and get the ICE upgraded to take my iphone - but before all of that is done I'm getting it checked over followed by a service (inspection 2).

cheers for looking, Hughie69
ps - sorry the pictures were supposed to be the correct way to view but does not seem to have copied properly from photobucket :?

Hi and Welcome.

Looking at your pics, there's a minimal amount in focus. What camera did you use? It almost looks like it was set up for tilt shift...

I'll get me coat...

Hi Stuart
I used my Iphone to take the pictures using the MinatureCam app which gives a tiltshift effect - I'm a little addicted to using the app at the moment and quite like the pics that come out with it - but I'm no photographer just a happy snapper who wishes he could take better pictures 8) but I see the pictures have come out the correct way which is great.

cheers
