Newbie.... Well not really...

I don't know if you can remember me but I bought a 35i in mineral grey last year but made a huge mistake and had to trade it in for an X4 for my wife.... Well
I bought her an M135i and it ended up too fast for her and she did not like driving it, it was my fault so I ended up having to trade in the Z4 to get the car she wanted.... So now she is happy :D
So I took over having the M135i and I have to say they are like a pocket rocket, so fast and you get to loose your licence speeds very quickly.... :o
So I was in the dealer getting the winter tyres fitted to the M135i and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time... They had an individual Suzuka Grey M3 in the show room, so jokingly I said the the sales guy go on then work me a price out for it.... Long story short the M3 was now mine , the M135i was only 2-3 month old but like I say wrong place wrong time.... So this brings me to now :D :D
I missed the fun of driving the Z4 with the roof down so I have taken the plunge and will be a proud owner of another new Z4.... This time I have gone for the Z4 35is in mineral grey again and has all the bells and whistles on it, hopefully pick it up next week and I can't wait.. A few people say I need my head looking at as I am getting rid of another M3 for another Z4...
The winter tyres that I bought for the M135i , will they be any good to go on the Z4? They are 225/35/18 and 245/40/18 I think... Can't wait to come to another meet the last one was in the lakes.. Thanks
 
pics? interested in that m3! A friend sent me a pic of one recently and i REALLY liked it - not cheap tho.
 
Wow an M3 and a 35is Zed I'd be torn between which one to use every time I went for a drive. Got any pics of them?

Thanks... No last year I traded in my M3 for a Z4 but then had to trade that in for anX4 for my wife.. I am back in an M3 but this is going to be traded in for my new Z4 that I pick up next week :thumbsup:

No I don't have both... I am trading in the M3 for the Z4 35is :D
 
Yes I remember you and yes you're as mad as a box of frogs....

....and thank the Lord there's someone else as daft as a brush as me, it's just the kind of crazy scenario I'd do..!!

Love the M3 but GREY? It's like that "is the dress blue or white" thing from last year...looks white to me!

When I read the first sentence, I thought "Wow-what a great deal. That was a terrific trade - an X4 for a wife !"

Her first X4 was white ,black leather and was fully loaded it was the 3.0d she loved it... That's was the one I traded in for the M135i but she hated it.. So this is the reason I had to trade in the Z4 to get her a new Black with oyster leather, this is the 2.0d but she loves it :D
