Hi
New owner of 2003 2.5 Z4, already have a 1.8 Z3 and wanted to try a Z4 so finally found one that only had a few problems to sort out. Spend a lot of tome tinkering with the Z3 and our daily drives. Been busy finding my way sround the Z4, already changed the oil and have pulled the rear arch liners and c;leaned behind them checking to hood drains whilst in there. Had a blocked front scuttle drain so cleaned that out and sorted bad parking of the windscreen wipers by taking out the motor and cleaning grease off the motor contacts which was the cause of the problem. Since cleaning the wipers park correctly. Awaiting some new keys and plan on coding them with an AK90 coding tool once I get them cut locally. Not yet found the EWS module, it wasn't behind the fuse box in the passenger (RH Drive model) foot well. I suspect its under the steering on the drivers side, anyone confirm its locatioN
Will be moving the hood motor to the boot at some stage even though that sides drain has been checked and is free draining. Will be trawling through the forum to educate myself on the Z4.
