Afternoon all.

:)

Wandering over from 'the other side' to take a look at what all the fuss is about. Got to say the issues, although rare, seem to be the same sort of thing. Great drive and build, but always some little niggle. Springs here, coil-packs back on the other side... So anyways, I'm looking at a specific car and am thinking I'll go and take a look - currently without car though, so am one of those public transport users. :thumbsdown:

So anyways, don't suppose anyone know this car? I'm told it came to the current seller via another trader.

Welcome to the forum Al, looks a decent ///MR, what's the history like, running in service, oil and brake fluid, Ins 1&2 with paperwork, valve clearances etc?

If it all stacks up, I dint think its bad money, no Nav by the look of it, but neither have I, some guys swear by it others aren't too fussed :driving:
 
Hi Darren. Thanks. They say it's got full BMW history, with many service invoices. I have just been reading up on the I2 service :o so have asked them about this specifically. Yeah, doesn't look like many options on this one either... Google Maps would be my preference, done we proud so far. :thumbsup:

Hi Swiftly. Thanks. Does look nice, and they said they'll sort out that chip on the bottom of the front bumper too.

I've queried the options from what I've found on the brochures. Seems to have *Folding exterior mirrors, *Automatic headlamp control, *Windshield wipers rain sensor, *Cruise control, *Reading lamps, *Seat heating
We're not sure what this option is though, anyone know what it is? "Roadside parking lamps" - we're presuming it's the lights that shine to the floor from the handles?

I think I've missed off some options though, as I didn't see anything about the SatNav, and I'm pretty sure I've read something about a 10 speaker option on these? Maybe I need to check the normal brochure for the E85. :thumbsup:

EDIT: After using the search at the very top of this site :slaphead: I've found that this might just be the standard side lamps operated with ignition off and indicator engaged. But as an option? Just thought it odd that would be an option really... :thumbsup:
