I used to have a ‘92 red Clio 16V when I was 20, absolutely loved that car but didn’t appreciate the french build quality. That said it was also that I didn’t have the money at the time to address electrical and rust issues that crept in.

A year or so ago I started looking for a similar 1.8 16V or Williams but there’s so little in the market. Seeing your cars Anthony81 has reignited this again

Hi david - same thing happened to me I started looking for a j plate 16v a couple of years ago, ended up buying the Williams to fill the gap then the red one popped up ! Identical to my old one I had back in 1999 Hence I have two!

Really love driving them - they seem to be gaining a bit of value recently too so hopefully it will be cost neutral motoring. If you can find one snap one up!

Always wanted a VTS back in the day I ended up with the 16v as the VTS’s were a bit pricey back then!

Hey Ed thank you, I’m a massive hot hatch fan myself .. there will be a Yaris a GR in there in may !

I do hope you'll pop a thread up upon delivery - one of the most exciting cars of 2020 I think personally!

I will do, I took a demo car out just before Xmas, was great fun but I only had it for 30mins so didn’t really have time to bond with it.
