Newbie return to the Z4

Hello all,
I'm the proud owner of this beautiful Z4 in stunning Phoenix Gold and dressed with black mv2 18" alloys on Bridgestones.

Having sold my previous Z4 coupe it's was only a matter of time to come back full circle. Having toyed around in a lovely well spec'd Boxster S, I was hoping to keep her indefinitely but it was an unfortunate chain of events that prematurely ended her on one stormy morning. RIP.

Having said that it was a blessing in disguise which lead me to my newly acquired Z4 and she sound and feel every bit as amazing and I would say as entertaining as Boxster S before it.

Happy to be back!

I really liked the handling and the effortless way the Boxster S chews up the twisties. It's not any faster than the Z, power delivery is a bit poor at the low end but does come on song at around 4500-5000 rpm. I ended up upgrading the induction and added the larger 911 plenum and 82mm throttle body which made a massive different to the entire rev band..sounded amazing too.

I hope you enjoy yours.

Welcome! Totally unique find it turns out: seems there is just one facelift PY roadster with beige interior worldwide (to be checked for 3.0sis and Ms on this French website http://perso.numericable.fr/tonyz4c/index30si.htmlt!

Wow, I would never have guessed. I only stumbled over this by chance as I was going for a Boxster S 3.4 987 in rare turquoise blue, but I didn't like the service history.
It turns out that I just fell for the PY when I was just browsing, it was always a colour that I wanted and my first encounter was in a PY Z3M roadster many moons ago. I had a silver Z3M roadster at the time.

This find makes my car very unique☺️Thanks for the information.👍
