Hello all. Ive been only a short time lurker and ive already took the plunge and purchased a Z4C 3.0l Sport in Midnight Blue. Im still to pick the car up as its having some bits done to it but i should have it hopefully later next week.
The car looked very clean/well looked after when viewed both inside and out. Its been purchased from a prestige car dealer which said they would get an MOT and service carried out. It has unfortunately failed the MOT on one of the rear springs (which there is no history of being replaced before) and one of the front ball joints. That said they are getting there repairs sorted (which has delayed me picking the vehicle up
), the front bumper resprayed to remove a few relatively minor stone chips and one of the rear tyres replaced due to a screw being in it.
The tyres are the standard bridgestone run flats so i think ill run these for a few months through the winter (i wont get to drive the car much during this time due to work commitments) and then look to replace them as soon as possible. I have previously run Yoko AD08's on my previous vehicle which i really rated. Im not sure if i should go for another set of these for the Z or look at Eagle F1's.
I would also like to have a dual exit (quad) exhaust although it doesnt look like from what i have read this is the easiest to achieve
My other future plans are to have it lowered (possibly coilovers should i find a set that is relatively street friendly), another set of 18" wheels to change the 108's on there now, CRV mod, braided brake lines, yellow stuff pads, possibly grooved discs and maybe some sort of diffuser.
Any advise on any of the above welcomed. Ill get some pictures up and give you a bit more about my background in due course
