Hi, I’m sure you’re going to love your zed! We have a few specialists on the forum who can sort roof issues out including relocating the motor to the boot space where it won’t drown again :P
Your nearest would be number5 (alan) after you’ve made 3 posts you can pm other forum members

Hi and welcome. Another here from the Taunton area. :)

Echo the comment above about Number5 and the roof motor. Alan did a cracking job relocating mine. He even gave me a lift to and from the nearby Aerospace museum which was a great way to lose a couple of hours while he worked his magic!

Welcome to the board. Lots of freindly helpful folk here. Hopefully Alan can sort your roof for you and you'll be away :driving:

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I'm sure Number5 will be able to sort your roof motor out, but seeing as it is December surely there is no rush!

Hi from me over in Newport, South Wales, just got my Z4 to go with the Z3 I already own, did view a Z4 down in Wellington near you but decided against that one, finally found one in Bristol. Just moved my roof motor as a precaution, well worth doing as a precaution against future problems. Currently trying to sort keys out as I only have one working key. Been using an AK90 key programmer but not having any joy getting it to code keys that start the car. Going to seek help from an Auto Locksmith who reckons he can do it cheaper than getting one from BMW.

A warm welcome from the Mendips 8)
