Newbie in Surrey

Hello all,

I got my Z4MR about a month ago now and it's been a lot of fun already. It's a rather different driving experience to the E46 M3 that I had previously, but in a good way. The M3 was quite civilised and easier to handle on the limit. The Z4 is a bit more wild, but it's good fun learning all about it's wild side. Of course this might be to do with the shocking tyres it had on it when I got it. I've never known 4th gear 2,500rpm powerslides in the wet quite like it! :o :) :driving:

Thanks for all the welcomes and the hellos. I like this place already. :)

The car's been wonderful and only a snapped offside rear spring has dampened the experience at all, but I'm well versed in this BMW snapped spring business and have already purchased a new pair which I will fit this evening. Strangely, I'm quite looking forward to working on it as I've not done anything mechanical since I removed the swirl flaps from my 120D M-Sport.
