Hey Guys,

I've wanted a z4 for years & I'm finally picking up a 3.0 SE in Black on Friday. I came across this forum about a year ago & have used it quite a lot planning potential mods etc to my zed.

Thought I'd take the opportunity to register now that I've arranged delivery.

I will definitely be putting some pics up over the weekend.

Hope everyones well & enjoying the Xmas break.

Hi billygilly,

Thats great cheers (you're going to wish you hadnt offered though lol), i could do with picking you brains about iphone/ipod integration.

I want to be able to play both audio & video through the nav system & hopefully be able to install a reversing camera.

So far i've been tol d that most systems wont allow all 3? DO you know if thats the case?

From what I know for the camera you need the tv module then run an input from this (please people correct me if I'm wrong) I looked at the camera but to be honest you just need PDC sensors, who cares what's there as long as you don't hit it :poke:

As for the rest alot of people do intravee

Thanks for all the replies, you're a very friendly bunch on here which is great.

Sleep is definitely going to be an issue on Thursday night, i also feel a bit sorry for my folks as they think im going up to Derby to see them at the weekend......pretty sure i'll be spending most of the weekend having a little thrash about in the Peak District.

Does anyone know whether the intravee ii system has aux inputs/allow video play back (from iphone) to a nav screen?

Welcome and what a sound choice (Roadster :poke: ), I'm in W. Somerset but drag my sorry a'' in to Bristol daily, look forward to the pics :thumbsup:
 
welcome :thumbsup: best mod fill up with top shelf at least every 2 weeks and get her red hot, trust me it's the best mod you can buy for next to nothing . :driving:

I havent really used fuel additives before, do they really make that much difference? When you say 'top shelf' is that a brand (cant find it) or just use a good one?

Im not 100% decided on mods as yet, there are sooo many to chose from which is great, but i think i need to give the 'end look' some thought before i start.

I have seen a couple of really nice looking 'bat mobile' style zeds recently (matt black wrapping, carbon grills, lights badges etc) but am a little unsure about how legal the mods are?

Thanks for the invitem i'll definitely be interested in the next run, but im having enough issues sorting out time after work to be able to go & pick it up tomorrow, its a great deal though so its worth the 7 hour round trip to pick it up.
