I've been lingering here for a few months doing some researching for my ongoing project(s) with help from others who i'm sure are probably on here somewhere.
I started with a 2L E85 way back in Jan this year which unfortunately I had to give up on after 11 months and a very empty purse (relentless misfires and wild goose chases that progressively became bigger and bigger issues) I took a bit of a risk and acquired a 2.5 which has been off the road for 4 years, then after swapping all the wrapped panels from my 2L onto it including following a thread from someone here relating to fitting the facelift rear lights and teaching myself to code them to display in correctly using BMW 1.4, along with all that we've also swapped all my customised interior from my 2L and the very frustrated husband gave it a good service and a full set of new discs and pads all round and some joint fault finding, we're finally nearing the end of the tunnel! After almost a year of owning 2 Z's it would be nice to finally enjoy one of them!
