Newbie Hampshire

Enjoying reading the forum.

My cars an M Sport 28i Auto on 18” alloys. Great car but I’ve got to sort out the ride, I’ll be looking for tyre advice soon as I’m still on run flats. Current thinking is to keep 225/40 R18 on the front and change the rears to 245/40 R18 on the rear.

Changed over the tyres this morning. Bridgestone run flats have been replaced with Dunlop Sportmax RT2’s. It’s transformed the car. The ride is improved, the cabin is quieter and no more tramlining. I also had the wheel alignment checked by Christchurch Tyres. They were good to their word and said I wouldn’t be charged if the alignment was within tolerances. It was, no charge. Totally amazed to walk away without having to pay, and they provided the computer print out free of charge.

Hello from another Hants member 8) . I've used Christchurch Tyres a few times now and been impressed but haven't been there a while. I need to ditch some runflats too so it's good to know they're still worth a visit.
