with 69 at the end it could only be Lyon .............. used to live in Villeurbanne myself for 12 months when i was a student..... nice part of France .... great city and close to the ski slopes.

INSA de Lyon Genie Energetique .... lived next to the Double Mixte on Avenue Albert Einstein .. a long time ago but i remember the oxo bar well...
