Hi All.
picked up my Z4 2.0i Sport last night.
58 plate with 12000 miles on it!
Its like new.
Only thing I will say - it has got to have the worst headlights I have ever had.
Beam only goes 5 or so meters up the road. The hight adjuster doesn't seem to make any difference either.
I will have to get it looked at because it was downright dangerous as i just couldn't see the road ahead.
Hopefully just teething problems.
I have come from a Nissan 350Z GT, so obviously the power is way down on the Z4, but still enjoyable.
If there is anything I should know about these cars please feel free to chime in.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like a well cherished (or at least parked) example to have such low mileage.

Get some pictures up when you can! Assume this is a convertible?

What colour is the interior and what's the spec like?

Headlights aren't the best on these unfortunately. There's plenty of posts about on potential issues or common problems, usually the rear springs fail or the drain holes on the roof (convertibles) get blocked.

I am sure with a good look around you will find everything you need to know.

Hi and welcome, sounds like you have got yourself a lovely zed

Don't forget to post some photos as love photos on this forum :D

What am I thinking????
Here's a couple of photos.

Yeah, its not been over used that's for sure.
Convertible yes.
Specs not bad but not brilliant.
No bluetooth.
I got it for a good price too.

Looks very tidy Steve! The wheels especially - put mine to shame!

Well i hope you enjoy it!

Great looking Zed - I loved my 2.0 litre Zed and I think it's an under-rated motor. Revs smoothly and has just enough poke to be fun on the road.

Very low mileage and - yes - the headlights are dreadful!

Enjoy!

:driving:

Just been and adjusted the headlights by turning the screws two full turns as suggested. What a difference! Before I did it, I even tried driving with my high beam permanently on - no one even flashed me coming the other way. To be honest, the full beam setting looked pretty much where dipped should be.
