Newbie - first ever post

Hey folks, I've been trawling around this forum since I first got my M coupe in September 08. Never posted on any on-line forum before, but thought that after such a long while I should join in.

Seems like quite a good crowd on here: some very informative folk around.

My car's a Carbon Black M coupe with Black leather. Fitted the aero sideskirts and CSLs (seems to be quite a common thing to do), as well as the Turner RTAB limiter kit. Will probably look to go down the modding route a bit further, now that my car is out of warranty.

I'm based in Aberdeen - looks like there's at least a couple of guys on here from this neck of the woods.

Currently stuck offshore (volcanic ash - grrr), but will try and post some pics of the car when I get back on terra firma.

If your car is a 09/2008 then your not out of warranty for another 16 months??
 
Where abouts are you offshore????.
I am on the Safe Caledonia attached to the Dunbar platform.
We have had no choppers today but we are expecting 5 tomorrow,will be a busy day as i am deck crew!!!!.
 
Hello from another Aberdonian. Perhaps it was yourself behind me on Justice Mill Lane a couple of weekends ago? We'll be needing to get an North East of Scotland Black Z4MC meet on the go :rofl:

Aye, Lee_zee, could well have been me. You got a private plate on yours? If so I think I've seen you about the Ferryhill area. Noticed quite a few Z4MCs about in Aberdeen. Fools you into thinking it's quite a common car, until you go anywhere else and you never see any of them!

Meet sounds like a good idea - especially with the nicer weather coming in (hopefully).
