Hello everyone ,

after a bit of a search , ive recently purchased my first Z4 , its a 2005 2.2 model and up to now all is well (apart from a really annoying alarm fault ! ) , obligatory pic below, along with one of my old Z3.

A common fault with the alarms is the under bonnet switch.

Again the alarm is probably the switch under the bonnet.

thanks for the comments , I've posted in the correct forum with some more details on the checks I've already done on the alarm , unfortunately the bonnet sensor is not the culprit :-(

The Z3 looks the dog's doodahs in red- what model is it ? I think the Z3 looks even better than the Z4 if I'm honest
