19 years old and my second car.

Welcome to the forum. Not bad for a second car, hope the insurance isn't too bad for you. I think my second car was a beat up Hillman Avenger in the 70's :driving:

My annual premium is £1040, which isn't too bad considering I only have a year's no claims!

It's only a 2.0 sport, but it's a huge improvement coming from my 1.4 Grande Punto :D

I've got a few tasteful mods planned, just had the run flats removed and had a full set of non run flats installed instead - the ride comfort is insanely different! Need to get the alloys refurbed and sprayed next, thinking anthracite. 8)
 
Welcome to the forum, what a great car to have at your age and not a huge insurance premium either.
 
Welcome aboard. It may only be a 2.0 but its enough to get you hooked.
Most of us cant avoid upgrading as the years tick by. I started by dipping my toe in the Zed water with a cheap 2.5 and look where I ended up 4 years on and 4 Zeds later (...and very skint!)
 
Welcome, nice choice for your second car. I started with a 2l - lovely car but caused a scratch that I had to itch so 2l turned into Alpina.
Watch out these guys will have you reaching in to your pockets for all the mods :wink:
 
Great looking car, when I was 19 I had a clapped out Cortina Mk2 - fortunately someone wrote it off before it killed me... :?
