Newbie audio queries

Just collected the car yesterday. S23i
Do in need a straight 3.5 - 3.5 cable to play my iPhone through the aux plug?

Also the DAB only seems to find about 5 channels - not the ones I like - any ideas?

So A) welcome B) if you haven't yet, introduce you, your car and story in the newbies section so we can get to know you.

Audio in, so dependent on year you have a USB and or AUX connector in the arm rest. A USB memory stick will sort everything, a 3.5mm jack will do analogue audio from a phone or any other device. Later models have Bluetooth audio also.

DAB, most likely signal strength. Try it in other locations. If it's always poor then get the antenna checked.

Thanks - will get DAB signal checked.

Have both USB and aux plug so I guess I need to put tunes on a flash drive to play them digitally rather than direct from the phone. Only have bluetooth phone on my model.
