Yesterday I had a day out with the http://www.zroadster.net/forum/index.php (mainly Z3's) http://www.zroadster.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=39845 at Newark Air Museum and had a great day. Approx 22 cars in total.
The museum let us take our cars in and display them underneath the Vulcan for a photo session then display them in the museum for public to see.
Admission is usually £7.50 each but they let us in at £7.50 per car

Maybe worth a go with Z4's sometime.

A few pics.

Looks like you all had a good day, you certainly managed to get some cracking photos

Looks great. Is it just me or are Z3s all of a sudden starting to age really well? The first pic with the blue one ....

It's not just you Tom, I was thinking the very same thing :)

Good, I've been thinking this whenever I've seen them recently. Is the blue one an M? Or is it an aero kit equivalent (forgive the ignorance here I've no idea). Seeing inkey's coupe last month up and close was a treat.

Yes the blue one is an M as is the silver one in the 2nd pic and the silver one in the 4th pic.
Its the first time I've had a good look around a Z3, I'm quite taken to them.

Just a few pictures of yesterdays trip to the Air Museum from us :)

An indication of the preparation for this cruise 8)

Some of the few Z4s in a sea of Z3s :D

Maccas Z4 E89 "Red Arrow" with my Mora Red Z3 bringing up the rear! :)

A really good day, lots of thanks to the organisers on Zroadster.net.

Great photos - looks like an ace day out. I feel like I should be spending more time with Z3s now :D

Thanks for sharing this, the Z3's look good for there age, maybe a classic in the making? That Vulcan looks amazing, just a shame that only the pilots had ejection seats, the other crew members just had to make do with parachutes!

wtf - after living near newark, my rents living near newark for the last 10 years, and growing up around the air world - including a stint in the RAF.. how did i NOT know there was a Newark Air Museum?!!? AND there's a Vulcan there?? Is this the flight worthy one?

Definitely doing a day trip to have a wonder round there.

Going to try and get myself VIP to one of the big shows again this year :D

Its only a basic museum, not a great deal there but worth a visit if your plane minded.

The Vulcan is static and not the one flying.

Well there's a fair few of us only a short drive away from Newark so if anyone is organising a day out there could be a decent turn out. It's even easily accessible for those coming from further afield too.
