Hi guys, I've been lurking on here for a while and after a few months of looking around for the right car, I have finally become a member of the z4m club!
Picked up a very well looked after roadster in interlagos blue just over a month ago. It was the previous owner's weekend toy and spent most of its life in a garage. He also made a few choice upgrades to it - Eisenmann exhaust, AP brakes and better looking wheels. They aren't quite csls but I can't I'm a fan of the standard 'm' ones anyway.
I'm slowly getting used to it. Coming from a new shape Audi S3, the change was quite drastic. I kind of miss my recaro buckets and the smoother gearbox but the lovely noise I get with the roof down makes up for that.
The car has only two downers for me - there are some cabin rattles which I just can't seem to get rid of (my old S3 was completely rattle free!) and the paint finish isn't great for an ex 50k car.
Roll on more sunny weather for top down motoring
