Hi all

I first joined this forum in March 09. It has taken some time, and a lot of procrastination but last night I picked up my new (to me) Z4MC!

What a car. I've already done 150 miles!

A couple of qus. When warm the oil temp sits at 90. Is this the norm?

I have DSP but no cd changer. Does no cd changer mean the wiring isn't in place? I was hoping to install an intravee or similar. Does this mean that Aux is my only option for additional audio?

Congrats on the new car! Pics?

I have the same setup (DSP, no changer). The wires are there ready for Intravee. They're taped to the bodywork behing the lower cubbyhole in the centre console.

What colour and spec?!

Oil temp is normal.

I've just fitted an Intravee to mine - actually a relatively easy job.

Good news that the wiring is in place.

It's Imola red with champagne leather. Nav, Bluetooth, DSP, heated seats, PDC.

At work now and after my drive last night and this morning the car needs a spruce up but I'll stick some pics up at the weekend.
 
I like the Z4MC too, but the fuel cost for daily use (240 miles a week) is not justified. My 23i can now do just over 32mpg.
 
Haven't seen a Red Coupe in the flesh, but she sure looks pretty in those pictures :drool: Champagne's the business too. Welcome :thumbsup:
