Edit to add, on a bumpy road it's obviously bumpy though!![]()

Trust U never take the MC into the old town, though you have done lovely driving roads all over.
Can’t help on softer MC suspension thought... & don’t forget ... :worthless:

Thanks for the info....

Even a simple thing such as a proper geometry set-up could make the difference.
Do enlighten us, a geo setup that alters the spring rate/damping? Where do you get that done then, I'd love to know
Given the Op is running H&R's which are non adjustable other than ride height and are renowned for being very stiff I would suggest he would be better off looking at Bilstein B16 or KWv3 which use the stock top mounts like he would be at the moment but with some damping adjustability.

I would really recommend looking at the B16 bilstein kit, it offers ride height as well as good damping adjustment, for sure if you wish you can make it ride better than the original suspension. The quality of their product is great as well, never needs rebuild etc.lucduc76 said:Thanks for the info...
I just had all the geometry setup done and it is not possible to make any kind of regulations....
I have the original suspensions in a box, but I want this car to be just right, and probably with a new kit I can get a better damping.... what do you think?

Well hi and welcome Luca.![]()
White MCs are pretty rare anywhere, and going by this database only 8 were registered in Italy so you have bought a special car!
Good luck getting the suspension how you want it.![]()
Oh, and welcome to the exclusive Coupe club.

Their B12 kit is much cheaper, non adjustable for either ride height or damping and for me at least I found it incredibly hard on the road, if pretty decent on track. The KW clubsport I have now ride better than B12 even with the solid top mounts.
B16 is not particularly cheap though, maybe €1600 or so, but it's really worth spending the money now to get it right imo.
Car looks sweet, very rare the white ones in the Uk. Enjoy![]()

It looks like a very active forum this one, I feel good to have found somebody who can help!
Yes, in Italy is so rare that I had to buy it in Germany... so soon there will be 9 registered in Italy!

I had a 3.0 si before, but couldn’t resist and I had to buy an S54... like I see in your signature....![]()
Looks mint mate![]()
TomK said:haha, it's a slippery slope. I'd enjoy the car for what it is now with the suspension sorted. Then I guess it depends on what you do most with the car... if it goes on track then you will need to address the brakes, if it's for the road then extra noise from either induction/exhaust might be something you'd want... You can get fairly close to the sound of the CSL airbox with either the eventuri or gruppe M replacements of the standard front end of the airbox, it also means you don't need to get the engine mapped for alpha-n which can be tricky to say the least.

2009 Alpineweiss with black interior!
I love her!
From what I understand from all the comments I believe that my HRs are the stiffest! :x :x :x
What about bilstein?
You talk about different versions... b16 b12 etc... what is the difference?
I would go for something with adjustable ride height, and adjustable softness.... even if Inwould like something that with standard settings is usable on the road...
Do I néed front struts when I put coil overs on?
Thank youu
The eventuri used to be cheaper, not sure anymore as I think they have put their prices up!lucduc76 said:TomK said:haha, it's a slippery slope. I knew about e Venturi, but not the gruppe m.... is it any cheaper that the other one?
