Hey Everyone,

My father and I have just bought ourselves a 2006 Z4M Coupe in Titanium Silver with 28,000 miles (45,000kms) on the clock. Love the car and cannot wait to drive it some more. There is no better sound than that of an S54 heading towards redline!

Hope to be able to take advantage of all the knowledge from everyone.

Cheers

Rory

Hi and welcome.

That's a seriously low mileage example you've found! Hopefully you'll share some photos with us.

Welcome to the forum. Pretty rare car out there. 8) Which island are you on? Our son is working in Wellington. :)

Hi and welcome from Wellington NZ. I guess you bought the car that was on Trademe recently, looked fantastic. Unfortunately not in my price range.

They are great cars and this forum is the best I have been involved with. Look forward to reading what you get up to with it.. :driving:

Thanks for the warm welcomes!

I will share some photos once I have some decent ones! Car is getting some 19" Apex ARC-8 wheels Eibach Pro springs shortly, so once those are in!

We are in Wellington as well! I believe there were only 4 NZ New Z4M Coupes in NZ, and strangely enough 3 of them have been up for sale in the last 2 months!

Thanks, yes it was the one on trademe! I think we got a pretty good deal on it based on overseas prices and the way the market is hopefully heading!

Will be a great car to keep as well as to drive of course. Are you in the BMW club? I used to be until about 4 years as it was Auckland oriented but have heard that Wellington is quite active again therefore considering re-joining. Be good to catch up sometime.

Hi there dude. I doubt that there are many Z4M's in New Zealand?

You're not wrong about how addictive the howl of an S54! I've owned my Z4MR for just 6 months and now we're hitting the start of the summer here in the UK, I am enjoying some top down Hoonage, with that wonderful soundtrack playing in the background.

Hi Haggisman - not currently a member of the BMW club, but would consider joining if they have some stuff going on in the Wellington region. I thoroughly enjoy the 'Coffee and Cars' days they have at Southward Car Museum but unfortunately they only run from November to March.

Seems a shame there are not more regular events like this over the winter months!
