Hi All

After years of looking on and off for a Z4 Coupe, picked this up late September and wasted no time sticking 3000 miles on it with a trip across Europe as far Vienna and Prague taking in Various mountain passes on the way, it was a bit of risk seen as I'd only owned the car a week but it didn't miss a beat :driving:

Poor quality pics from my ageing iPhone, but a great trip in a great car

The Stelvio pass looks amazing, does it live up to its billing?

Yes and no, its stunning and a great experience but it's victim of its own success, even on an overcast weekday it was busy so hard to get a clear run without getting suck behind slower traffic :headbang: , I preferred the Furka Pass , quieter and a flowed a little better :driving:

That she does :D although that'll be her last trip for a while, we've an estate car for dog duties.

I'm not that far from you in Poynton, I've done quite a bit of driving since the purchase so you've quite possibly seen me about.

Ah....I was in Poynton last week..:)

What on earth have they done with the roundabouts and the pedestrianised sections????......lol......

Oh you mean the multi-million pound "Improvements"

Great roads, I joined the petrolhead nirvana alpine assault this year. They do those routes as well and arrange everything around it. Makes good sense and you're going on tour with friends you have not yet met.
