New Z4 tomorrow can't wait

Thanks for the feedback. Also looking to add a cup holder for the long journeys. From the reviews the standard one in the arm rest is a waste of time, any suggestions on one that will fit nicely I to the car?

Looks fab, congrats :)

I have the Roadster Solutions deflector fitted to mine the past 2 years and been really pleased with it, was easy to fit, no drilling etc.

Just bear in mind if ordering from them to factor in customs duty which was around 25 quid :x

Re cup holder, unfortunately you might be struggling there, I don't think anyone has come up with a good solution. American spec cars have the dedicated cup holder that attaches to passenger side centre tunnel which I think is ideal but never came to UK spec Zeds.

Just realised Just Roadster are supplying clear defectors now for the E89 :D

Really like the look of this wind deflector makes it look like it was made for the car, I have contacted them asking what the shipping and duty costs and am waiting for hear. Thanks for the heads up about about the discount at just roadster.com but I don't like the way it is attached with the Perspex loops.

Seen the cup holders for the US spec zeds and was wondering whether it could just be turned around to work on the left hand side of the car, looking at it it looks possible but I am sure there are better people than me who have looked at this and realised this wasn't possible.

It's not possible I believe. I would have done it but you'd have to cut into the tunnel trim to place the slot and then buy the cup holder. Too scary if it went wrong

Sorry didn't realise the Just Roadster deflector was help on by clear straps, see what you mean now from looking at the website pics.

The postage from Roadster Solutions isn't too bad and unsure they will be able to give you the duty cost as its worked out I think once the parcel enters the UK.

Yeah the OEM cupholder fits via a bracket that slots into the side centre tunnel and off course if you fitted the trim its left hand drive :headbang:

Knew there was someone better than me who had done a bit more thinking than I had. Absolutely agree the thought of cutting the car up a bit to fit this is way to scary.

Oh well will have to get a decent travel mug and pour the Starbucks into that. Will use the passenger seatbelt to hold it upright!

Just get it detailed it and pride in all your own effort. DSB will look amazing with some TLC, AG SRP and some elbow grease...

DSB?
AG?
SRB?

Probably something obvious which I will feel embarrassed about  but have to know what they mean

Thanks for clearing that up.

Was told by the dealer not to polish the car for a while as it has been Supa Guarded, will check on line whether he is correct or not.
