Time for some wheels, silver or black bi-colour?

I like the silver wheels and the suspension. Might be the chrome line wing that is putting me off the bi-color.

If I was stuck with a set of style 296s, I'd be getting a set of ACS wheels.

Bi-colour for sure

Like the way you can see the branding in the centres, silver may look better with writing in black there ?

Also liking the spoiler

x10000 on the whippy, needs to go...

The carbon front spoiler is also on. Still need to sort an exhaust (ACS aren't doing one for the 28i at the moment), one of the fenders had a little issue and is being replaced, and we're going to get around to some engine tuning at some point. 300hp should be enough, bring on the booooost!

Oh yeah, and an ACS raccoon tail...

:D

Unfortunately I had to drive the Zed to Aachen a couple of weeks ago (hey, it's a dirty job but someone has to do it  ) on a visit to AC Schnitzer Germany. I tagged along with the BMW Car Club on the way out, and they were treated to a tour of the Kohl Group facility before we parted company. While I was there, test driver Manfred Wollgarten took the opportunity to tweak the damping settings a little and drop the nose by 10mm on the AC Schnitzer adjustable suspension, as we found that on British roads it was a little "kicky" at the back end. The nose was at the high end of its recommended settings, and it's now at the low end, and it allows the car to soak up the bumps better and not skip as much on bumpy bends and roundabouts. The steering on the Pilot Super Sports is still great

The fender issue is now sorted so it's time for some pics. The car is now for sale, so by all means come along and take a look at it in the flesh, and take a drive if you're interested. We are still waiting for the power upgrade, but as soon as it shows up we'll get that fitted and I'll report back.

Piccies then..

Sold a rear wing for an E86 only this morning. When it comes to looks, it's all Marmite :D

Good point.

I love the spoiler. I'd love this car... Not enough zeros on my budget though. Actually, come to think of it, I don't have any budget

Great job

That car looks AMAZING.... with the roof down

I like the whole look. Do I detect some negative camber at the rear, or are my eyes deceiving me?

Don't like it.

It really does not gel at all.

However, I think the Bi colour wheels are OK along with the ride height.

I had a WTF moment when I seen the bootlid.
