Nice looking Z
I wouldn't be in a rush to go for 19's, they do need the suspension lowered to look right and the handling is likely to suffer. 18's are the best performance/looks balance it seems. I really like the alloys you have on your Z anyway.
You could go for aero sideskirts, there's been a few people looking at doing this mod lately, so a search should throw up some threads with pics.
How about some carbon badges, to give the black/white look, rather than blue/white.
You could look for a second hand M front bumper, there was a guy selling an M bonnet on here recently.
Mods to the interior are very common, there's lots of parts that can be changed/retrofitted to give you the exact spec you want.
As Jeeper says, have a plan and keep it themed/sutble.

I have bought sofar clear break light, ACschnitzer gearknob and handbrake and i'm booked to hace custom exhaust fitted and remap.
I think i will stick with 18" wheels less hustle

I wouldn't put 19" wheels on a 2.5i. They're going to slow down the car drastically unless you go with some lightweight wheels that weigh less than 20lbs each.
Aside from worse acceleration, 19" wheels:
- make the car feel heavy and less nimble
- decrease handling
- decrease braking performance
- decrease gas mileage
- and tires cost more
They offer absolutely no benefit other than the visuals. And you WILL need to lower the suspensions unless you don't mind the car looking silly like a 4x4. I put a set of 19" wheels (that weigh about 26~27lbs each) on my '04 3.0i and the difference was very noticible. I couldn't imagine doing that on a 2.5i since it has less power and smaller brakes to begin with.

Grand looking roadster you have there, and it seems you've quite the mind to make it your own via some tasteful enhancements. Among some of the simple ones (you've already gotten a stubby), include a ZHP shift knob and de-badging for a clean look. I'm also a fan of "door plugs" that cover up the key holes in the driver door and boot lid.
But if you are looking for something "different," how about some minimal but unique graphics... like an off-center racing stripe or flames, or your signature "Lucky Devil" in place of the 2.5i badge. Both could be really subtle (black on black) or more prominent.
You could also totally black out the grille for a stealth look. Great wheels, by the way. I think they're keepers.

Any vinyl grapics and decal company will make you the 'lucky devil' decals in minutes from a graphic file. Just find a local one that does all the signs for trade vans as they'll be in the right stuff to last years. I've had many done for my Jeeps.

As cj10jeeper noted, most graphic and tuner shops can likely help you out there. Years ago I used to do my own art (and for others), and had a friend who worked at a sign shop with a vinyl cutter. We had quite the summer doing graphics for friends. We never really charged for it, just had a good time.
Just have your "Lucky Devil" signature created as a vector art file (like Adobe Illustrator), and you're good to go. Some places can likely scan it for you all the same. You could do it as reflective black vinyl, which is stealthy during the day but will reflect white against headlights and such at night.
As for the door plugs, try this place... http://www.bumperplugs.com/ (be prepared for some catchy retro tunes).
They have a product called "door plugs" that are perfect for the key holes. You have to shave them a bit to fit, but the color match is spot on and it is a small detail that makes a huge difference. I've gotten them for my past three cars and some for friends.

EDIT: By the way, I envy your 2.5's black headlight housings. I switched my 3.0si grille from graphite to black and wish my housings were also black for an overall stealthier appearance. Black on black... sharp!
