Hi All

I have just bought my first BMW. I have got a E85 3.0i I collect on Saturday morning from the dealership is there anything I should be looking for that my give me issues going forward.

Sorry if its a dump question but any help or advise would be good and I will post pictures at the weekend before I take it out and get it dirty :)
 
Welcome to the forum. Don't know your mileage but rear springs are prone to fail early on. Roof motors can die if drain holes are blocked (search the forum for more info.) But a well looked after example really shouldn't cause you much grief. It's going to be a long wait until Saturday :wink: :driving:

I live in Cambs so lots of choice, but I tend to go to Fenland Fisheries when I get the time, don't think the gear will fit in my new toy mind :rofl:

Roof down you can get pretty much anything in I would've thought. Watch out for low bridges though :thumbsup:

Hi welcome, I'm from Peterborough, had my Z a couple of months, are you getting yours from Junction 17 ? if so I was very nearly tempted by it a couple of months ago
 
I know where you mean, that is part of the junction 17 group, I brought a TT from them a few years ago, and I nearly brought yours ! I'm in Whittlsey so no doubt I'll see you around in the next few days, enjoy tomorrow
