Hi everyone
Just turned 55 and had a mid-life crisis according to all my friends and purchased this beauty lol.
Wonderful car.
Based in Portsmouth if there any fellow Z4 owners on the forum who meet up

Shaun

Congrats on the new purchase...I've never understood why people say the mid life crisis thing, like people aren't supposed to enjoy a nice motor as they get older...maybe we should all go out and buy a rover :D

Welcome - very nice Zed. Would love to see some better photos

Brave man that parks a Zed nose to a brick wall when it's new to them and BTW - what is that 1' square flower bed about?

She has AFE Induction kit which makes her sound awesome. The previous owner had it fitted and chose this as when she's cruising its very quiet and refined, but press the loud pedal, she sings.

Very nice - had a good few tasteful mods to it. Love the aero kit.

Do you mind me asking how much? Same age, model and colour as mine and there has been a lengthy debate on here recently about real value of older Zeds. Looks high mileage but a clean bill of health over the last decade with no advisories, just worn tyres.

£3950
I Agree about values, hunted this one down. Prices even for this age can be over £5000. I think when a car gets this age price guides are irrelevant. Condition, spec etc are of more importance. My son purchased a Clio 182 Cup recently for £4000 which was a bit pricey in initself, along with some shrewd purchases took it to Trophy spec and sold it for £6100 !
Spoke with BMW today and they informed me of the spec and extras. This car was a special dealer launch vehicle, the options go on and on, the only 2 options i can think it hasn't got is sport seats and satnav, the latter i didn't want anyway.
It looks as good as in the flesh.
We haggled over the price which was nearly £5000, not probably the best time to sell her and the young lady in question had also put a deposit down on a M5 V10 so in the end she gave way. But each to there own, someone else might think £4000 is a lot to pay for a 12 year old car.

That's a good price for a car with all those extras. Totally agree condition and spec are all that matters on Zed now.

Xenons, auto adjust headlights, auto dimmer mirror, electrically operated seats and heated, air con, upgraded 10 speaker system, M Sports suspension, rain sensitive wipers, wind deflector, electric hood, 18 Composite Alloys (been changed) cruise control, headlamp washers.
Probably missed a few out. All in all a nice car, but as to paying a good price i have no idea. Oh, and mileage by the way is 113000.

Well specced car, but in reality many of those are standard on the 2003 3.0, which is a great reason to choose it over the smaller engines.

If you're interested you're missing Sat Nav, TV, sports seats, PDC, chrome line interior, external dimming mirrors, folding mirrors, CD changer, HI fi Pro, storage compartment package (and there could be some more such as Nappa leather, extended leather, but can't recall)

You of course have many later mods from aero kit to badges, rear lights, aerial, wheel refurb, etc.
