Another update:
Since fixing the eml light by reattaching the breather pipe the car is running a dream, I've also managed to fix the coolant level warning, I took it to my mechanic who couldn't find an issue, he simply bled the system and its not come back and I've done around 300 miles since.
I did the free sound generator mod the weekend and my god does it sound good in the cabin when giving it some berries! Only took the one sponge out from under the glove box.
Only things left to sort now are both speakers in the NS door, as someone cut wires and the central locking from the key, even when turning it will only lock the drivers door.
