Yours is definitely a 6 speed then, as there is a 5 seed available and I'm not sure what gearbox the 2.0 cars have.

you could also call the BMW dealership Sophers in Lincoln, they offer a forum discount and free delivery but in truth they're probably no cheaper than the link I've posted

As Marlons already pointed out, the ZHP know are £56 all in from your local BMW dealer, just walk in & purchase, they usually get them in next day for you

The chap on the phone did mention that the Z4 is not listed within the compatible cars but said 20 forum members purchased one last year and not one has been returned so presume its fine!!

Well there's one on mine and seems like half the cars on here so you'll be fine. The hardest bit is pulling the old one off without smacking yourself in the face!
